Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Spread

This easy Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Spread is the perfect sweet touch to a tailgating menu or any gathering of friends.

A good friend of mine recently told me all about this super easy Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Spread. She said she served it at a tailgating event and watched it be devoured right before her eyes. It is good. I mean really good. And it could not be simpler to make. Seriously, it’s so easy, it’s sort of like cheating.

Three ingredients, plus about three minutes is all it takes (if that long) to put this sweetened up cream cheese spread together. Of course you’ll need more time to cut up the apples or pears or whatever you want to serve it with. A spoon perhaps?
Begin with some cream cheese. Drizzle the top with caramel sauce (homemade or store bought will do). Then sprinkle it with a generous amount of toffee bits. That is about as simple as it gets. But don’t let the simpleness of this Easy Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Spread fool you. It’s sneaky satisfying.…

Spiralized Apple Crumble

Instead of spending all your time chopping, spiralize those apples for a quick and healthy Spiralized Apple Crumble. With curly apple noodles and a crispy crumble layer this apple crumble recipe will be a huge dessert hit!

I’ll admit that when I came up with this recipe I really thought that spiralizing the apples was kind of gimmicky. It spiced up boring old apple crumble by infusing a little trendiness into it. Little did I know that I’d actually be creating a massive life hack.
Spiralizing is all the rage these days. It get it, low carb noodles?! Count me in. Okay not actually, I like pasta too much and I totally use my spiralizer more for making curly fries than anything else, but basically if you aren’t spiralizing- who are you?! So to keep up with what’s “so hot right now”, I decided to spiralize my apples in apple crumble just to see what would happen. Well the sky didn’t come crashing down but I did cut my crumble-making time in half.
Why Make A Spiralized Apple …

Today, I’m sharing my new favorite side dish, a light and healthy Cabbage Radish and Apple Cole Slaw. I used the light, vinegar-based dressing from my Mom’s classic vinegar based cole slaw, which is consistently the MOST popular recipe on my site! I then layered in two varieties of cabbage with crunchy red radishes and tart…
