Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan buttery spread or use regular butter if desired
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 strawberries finely chopped

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Beat on medium-high speed until incorporated and the butter turns a pretty pink shade.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
Keep strawberry butter in the refrigerator. It is best eaten within two days.Serving size is about 1 1/4 Tablespoons.
